Outreach Services and Peer Support  | Navigating and Connecting Rides to Services.

 

Our staff provides connection with reminder calls, transportation and caring support for our vulnerable communities to services they may have difficulties reaching on their own. 
 

Our DDS team contributes by navigating through networks with rides, insuring that clients get to scheduled appointments on time.
 

Clients also have access to other services and programs offered by The Daily Dose Society,
 

• Administrative support

  • Assistance with completing applications for ID/ First Nations Status Cards

  • Banking services: obtaining bank accounts and lost bank cards

  • BC Housing applications/ VAT applications

  • Referrals to drop-in shelters,

  • ​Calls/ referrals to health & wound clinics or treatment services

  • Food bank registrations and hamper deliveries

  • Support with access to Harm Reduction Supplies -

 

• Access to basic needs

  • Food: Soup Kitchens, Meal trucks

  • Outdoor Clothing and shelter supplies

  • Hygiene and laundry services.
